STAFF
Our present staff consists of one licensed architect, two intern architects, one CAD/designer, and one office manager.  Consulting engineers are used based on the needs of the project for electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil engineering, and landscape architect for landscape design. 

Frederick H. Reed, A.I.A.

Experience:  Total professional architectural and engineering services since 1980 with responsibility for all phases of administration, client relationships, master planning, preliminary design, production of working drawings, specifications and construction administration. 

Leonard Zell, Intern Architect

Position: Intern Architect
Job Description: Duties include presentation drawings, renderings, production of working drawings, specification writing, and construction administration. 
Experience: Over 30 years experience working in architectural offices.  Has worked on numerous federal HUD projects and has extensive experience in medical related projects.  He has been with the firm since 1997.

Shane Boullie
Education: Metropolitan Vo-Tech at Little Rock
Position: CAD/Designer
Job Description: Duties include presentation drawings, renderings, production of working drawings, and construction administration.
Experience: Over 25 years working in architectural offices and 2 years teaching CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) at Jefferson Area Vocational Center.  He has been with this firm since 2000.

Diane Roberts, Intern Architect
Education: Bachelor of Architecture, University of Arkansas, 1989
Position: Intern Architect
Job Description: Duties include presentation drawings, renderings, production of working drawings, specification writing, and construction administration. 
Experience: Over 30 years experience. She has been with the firm since 2014.

Tracy Smith Coyle
Education: Graduate of University of Arkansas, 1982
Position: Office Manager
Job Description: Duties include bookkeeping, preparation and assembly of specifications, office management, and payroll preparation. 
Experience: She has been with this firm since 1983
